Dear smart clubs,

At smart times 2015 in Budapest we have the smart club village as a special brand new highlight for your clubs! Right next to the stage we have created an exclusive area where you can present your clubs. What exactly can you do there? That's entirely up to you!

How can you secure an exclusive club tent?

> Send us a completed scanned application form
> Give us your 5 reasons why your smart club should be there at the club village (approx. ½ page)
> Describe your entertainment concept (approx. ½ page)
> Send us a photo of your smart club (format: .jpg or .png)

Send us your ideas for presenting your own club tent by May 15th and with a little luck you will be able to secure a place for your club in the club village. We look forward to receiving all your suggestions at info@smarttimes15.com!
