J'ai aucune fuite...

Elle fait ce bruit la depuis le premier jour... Je pensais d'abord a l'actuateur, puis quand ça passe les rapports, ca fait pas le même bruit... Je me posais donc la question... :0

parce qu'au garage, on sait juste te dire:"c'est bon Monsieur! Tout est ok!"

Le lubrifiant sèche, j'ai eu une validation par un pro des diags de chez smart, et il n'y a pas de circuit électrique dans l'actuateur qui peut être atteins a part si tu démonte le moteur entièrement. J'ai bousille un actuateur neuf Ave le lubrifiant.

Donc oubliez ce lubrifiant ( je roule bcp, donc je confirme assez vite mes dires !)

a utiliser uniquement une graisse ou graisse blanche au lithium, tout produit type lubrifiant, graisse silicone oubliez directement !
Ça ne se discute pas, si vous peinez a essayer, les risques rencontre sont, blocage de l'actuateur dans la durée ;(, donc achat Dun neuf, youpi !

Suite à plusieurs essais, je donne des nouvelles...

Bientôt 10 000 kms que je roule ainsi avec de la ville, du col serré, de la voie rapide, et toutes les températures extérieurs et intérieur.. j'ai aussi poussé avec précaution le moteur à 120° pour voir (rien ne vaut un essai en live), l'actuateur fonctionne à merveille, bien que l'auto couche dehors... C'est un essai très peu important puisque le bloc moteur ne transmets pas ou très peu de chaleur à l'actuateur, mais bon, l'envie était trop forte..
La qualité du lubrifiant influence énormément sur ces paramètres, ne l'oublions pas...

Euh.. question qui m'intrigue, tu as graissé un actuateur neuf?? je comprend pas trop...

Il y à plusieurs lubrifiants qui correspondent à l'actuateur, dont certains bien meilleurs que les lithium et silicone, mais les fabricants sont avares en renseignements envers les particuliers.. il faut taper dans la gamme de fournitures pro (CRC, Orapi, etc..) pour des besoins spécifiques ou d'industriels voulant une composition précise, le produit est certes cher (compter entre 25 et 40€ minimum le spray), mais la qualité est là...
Le WD40 que nous utilisons (comme Soniccc et moi) est pas trop mal, mais limité en capacité...

J'ai discuté du soucis avec un pro (ingé qui travaille dans l'industrie, chez un roulementier).
Il n'a pas eu d'actuateur en main, il a travaillé avec les photos/indications de fq101.

Il me conseille la graisse SKF LGHB2.

C'est le genre de graisse qu'on (les quatquatreux) utilise pour les croisillons de transmission.

Concernant la mise en place de la graisse, je le cite...

Le mieux est de retirer le doigt si c'est aussi simple que l'indique le site anglais. Sinon, essayer de mettre avec un couteau, mettre plein de graisse dans le soufflet et actionner l'embrayage. Mais la tête ne sera pas re-lubrifiée.

I saw a dozen or so simple clay bowls and pots and two large clay jars. I also found four large stone spear points, a few dozen arrow heads, one end of a bow with most of its string gone, and a few bits of leather from their clothing. The rest had decayed away or been eaten by bugs.

I could tell they had been seven adult women, fifteen or so children, and one adult male. He was sitting against the wall in a corner, the only one who hadn't died laying down. He was quite short, but the bones showed he once had huge shoulder and thigh muscles. At six feet even I was close to a foot taller, but I'd never want to wrestle him.

Laying on the ground near the bones of the male was a large, curved tooth with some markings on it. I thought it was probably from a Smilodon, a saber-toothed cat. I felt the urge to touch it and picked it up. I suddenly felt stronger and more confident.

I stared at the markings scratched into the sides, and somehow knew they meant 'Power' and 'Dominance'. I held it in my hand, feeling a smile develop on my face. I stared at it a long time and felt better than I had in years. I set the tooth back on the ground and felt timid and weak, a sad precursor to what I might become. I quickly picked it up and felt great again.
